Using your camera off the automatic mode can be really daunting. I have set up these photography courses as a fun way for those new to photography to improve their skills. Oxford is a beautiful city, with its beautiful architecture and vibrant activity.
We first meet up over some tea and coffee and talk through all your camera’s controls and ignore the 1000's of automatic settings you don't need! Then, I give in-the-field tutorials with a few mini-missions throughout the day to put all the theory into practice!
Things we cover: How to capture the action, tips on composition, how to creatively use natural light, how to shoot in low light situations, basic post-processing in Lightroom
It's an action-packed day photographing in Oxford, but you will be given time to roam the streets with your camera with my guidance throughout.
If you are a beginner and want to improve your photography, there is no better and more fun way than attending my beginner’s photography course here in Oxfordshire. With only up to 10 guests, this group photography workshop is the perfect way to switch from the dreaded GREEN automatic mode and show off what your camera and more importantly, you as a photographer, can really achieve.
